Who Benefits from Relief Topical Spray

Relief topical spray is made for the athlete in all of us. Starting with an intense cooling sensation, Relief topical freeze spray acts fast so other active ingredients have time to penetrate and attend to the source. Relief is a non-greasy formula, is easy to apply on the go and can be expected to last for under an hour. Relief can be combined with Restore after strenuous activity is complete for longer lasting results.

How To Use

Apply upon initial onset of symptoms. Shake vigorously for 15-30 seconds before each use. Aim nozzle toward your skin, then press down and hold the valve to continuously dispense contents. Let the solution soak into your skin. Individual results may vary. As with any pain, pay attention to your body and seek medical attention for injuries. If the nozzle clogs, detach it and run under hot water for several seconds. Then use a cotton swab to clear away any debris. If debris persists, use isopropyl alcohol instead of hot water. Reuse when dry. Avoid contact with sensitive areas and your eyes.

Note regarding non-detectible levels (ND): Not all cannabinoids show a detectable presence on Ahya’s lab results. This does not mean other cannabinoids are missing or are not present. In fact, Ahya’s Heirloom Hemp™ (as one of the purest and most naturally grown, harvested, and processed products on the market) contains up to 150 distinct cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, and other compounds found naturally in the hemp plant.

The Cannabinoid Profile Explained

Most importantly, THC tests at below the legal limit of 0.30%. This is how Ahya products are legal in all 50 states, nationwide.

Ahya’s full-spectrum Heirloom Hemp™ allows us to deliver a substantial presence of as many as six cannabinoids (CBD, CBN, CBG, THCV (Tetrahydrocannabivarin, not to be confused with Tetrahydrocannabinol or THC), CBDV, and CBC). The combined concentration of these cannabinoids is what makes Ahya products so effective.

  1. Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most understood and researched of the cannabinoids, in large part because it is usually the dominate cannabinoid in any full spectrum hemp product.
  2. Cannabinol (CBN) is a cannabinoid that is gaining in popularity for a number of reasons including research showing it aids with sleep and when combined with CBD can assist with muscle and joint pain.
  3. Cannabigerol (CBG) is a cannabinoid that is beginning to receive significant attention for its anti-inflammatory properties. Currently researchers are looking into the possibility that CBG could be used to treat conditions where inflammatory responses represent a threat. This research has only just begun and there are no conclusive studies regarding CBG’s benefits.
  4. Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) is another cannabinoid, not to be confused with THC, with potential regulatory and homeostasis benefits, including possible increase focus and mental clarity as well as possible appetite and emotional regulation (these claims remain currently unsupported by clinical research).
  5. Cannabidivarin (CBDV) is a cannabinoid that in early (and still inconclusive) studies shows to slow nerve cell activity causing it to have general anti-inflammatory properties.
  6. Cannabichromene (CBC) is a cannabinoid that researchers believe could assist with the reduction in pain, swelling and be useful for other anti-inflammatory purposes. However, research is very limited to date.

I suffer from chronic pain. Sleeping can be so rough. Sometimes I'll be in pain so bad I'll just decide not to bother trying to sleep for days on end because I hurt to much. This spray is a game changer. I referred my sister who's has severe neck pain and has been unable to truly get anywhere with PT. She's finally on the mend an almost completely better. This spray helped her neck settle down enough to finally perform the exercises she needed to. She's now referred a friend who was just in a car accident and is painful all over. Thank you for giving us back our best lives!

If you've been an athlete at any part of your life, especially as you get older, you've used Biofreeze, Ben-Gay, Icy Hot, etc. This, in my opinion, is better than them all. Let me tell you why... First off, this is a spray, so no worries about getting your hands all "yuck" if you have to rub it in like the others listed above. Second, for me, it worked in two phases. After spraying, it took a couple minutes for it to sink in to my skin and at that point my back pain was gone. Then, after about 10 minutes, those same back muscles started to relax, so I had much more flexibility...also without pain! It was fantastic. No other product has really worked like this for me before and it was honestly far better than I could have expected. I'm a believer! Yes, it does have a medicinal smell initially like all of the others, but it doesn't last all that long. Also, "freeze" spray is true - much like any topical sunscreen spray, it comes out cold to your skin but only lasts a couple seconds.

I have been an active jiu jitsu competitor for a number of years sometimes competing multiple times in a month. Over the years I have been exposed to a variety of different topical products that were supposed to “help” me. I train consistently and none of these products seemed to help me when I would deal with a lot of pain or soreness.. needless to say I’m a skeptic. The first time I was introduced to the product I didn’t even try it as I didn’t have any significant pain at the time. But all my friends were raving about it. That all changed when I started dealing with a shoulder issue that was really affecting my training. I purchased some of the product and it immediately relaxed my shoulder. After a few days of use coupled with exercises my pain was gone and I didn’t have to keep using it. Now whenever I have an issue I break out the Ahya spray and a few days later I’m back to normal. This is definitely a game changer and I highly recommend it.

I was first exposed to AHYA products after an open mat where my lower back became very tight. After application of the topical spray, I started to feel my lower back loosen up within 30mins or so. I immediately went online and bought my own supply. As an older BJJ practitioner, I use it regularly to address aches and pains. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come in a bigger bottle as it seems my aches and pains pretty much cover all of my joints and muscles after a hard session of rolling!

I love this product. I use it on the tennis court when I strain a muscle or have some other annoying pain but need something to work quick and not make a mess. It cools quickly, within seconds and then lasts for a while. A great product!

Freeze spray in High School just numbed the surface, but this stuff is somewhere between the power of ice, muscle warming heat and the sensation of menthol. It reduces my aches and pains and keeps me limber. Really happy with it!
